We're talking about a ‘hand made' small-batch line of sweets and marmalades. Our volume may be slightly larger, but the steps we follow are those set out by our grandmother.

Today, we work with the same care - choosing the finest fruit at its height. And that makes for a truly simple, old-fashioned quality jams and marmalades. (Today, it's referred to as gourmet.)
